Shipping and handling

Items are always shipped registered and with a tracking number. Depending on your country, signature upon delivery is required.

Customs fees & taxes

For international customers, please be aware that you are responsible for any Customs fees or taxes that may be imposed by the destination country upon arrival of the package. 
These charges can vary widely, and I am not responsible for any of these charges that may apply. 


Returns & exchanges

For original ceramics, because each work is original, I cannot accept cancelations, exchange nor returns.

If an item happens to be damaged, please let me know immediately, on the day you received the item, with a photo of a damaged piece. I will work quickly to reach a solution with you. Depending on the situation, I will issue a partial or full refund. I will handle the situation on a case by case bases. 

For printed products I will send you a replacement item if necessary.

When sharing photos of the artwork, (which is greatly appreciated,) please do so along with the artist’s name.
